Project Description

This map shows an agreement between Briceland Volunteer Fire Department and the Briceland Community Service District. The map depicts an area of acceptable use of water from the only fire hydrant in this small community. Due to high levels of concern about wildfire in rural California, the Briceland Community Services District mandated that in the event of a fire, the water from this hydrant could only get used within the circle radius. Other water sources (ponds, tanks) in the area have been identified and are available.
